The Stadium Team is a brokerage firm that provides specialized services to assist investors and developers with the location, study, and purchase of vacant land and commercial properties.
Founded by Thomas McGillicuddy, The Stadium Team’s name and logo are derived from historic “Connie Mack Stadium” in honor of Tom’s grandfather: Connie Mack, the Hall of Fame baseball manager. The first concrete-and-steel stadium in Major League Baseball, it was the home field of the Philadelphia Athletics, and hosted eight World Series and two All-Star games.
